USING THE SET
Meditation
The tumbled stones are a great size for working into your meditation routine. I generally prefer to lie down when using my stone set with meditation so that I can easily place each on it’s corresponding Chakra. These are as follows:
- Amethyst (Purple) for Crown Chakra
- Labradorite (Greenish grey with specks of grey or blue) for Third Eye,
- Sodalite (Royal or greyish blue with white “clouds” ro specks) for Throat Chakra,
- Aventurine (Light Green) for Heart Chakra,
- Tiger’s Eye (Varying Browns with Striped Pattern) for Solar Plexus Chakra,
- Carnelian (Burnt Orange with possible white streaks) for Sacral Chakra, and
- Smoky Quartz (Deep translucent Brown) for Root Chakra.
Use the image above for guidance on chakra locations as you place each worry stone on your body as you prepare to relax for you meditation. For the Root Chakra, rather than placing on top of my body, I generally will place at the base of my spine underneath me when lying down.
I generally use these while listening to a guided meditation for chakra balancing. Here is a link to a guided meditation that I recommend as a good start for beginners. As you follow the meditation and she goes through each chakra, rather than simply imaginging the colored lights she describes, incorporate the stones by imaginging those lights going through the stone both as you inhale and exhale. This will bring forth the properties of the stone for further balance and healing of the chakras.
Everyday Moral Support
Place your tumbled stone in your pocket or maybe your purse (although I tend to think the closer to the body the better). Simply having this with you will enhance your own characteristics that are tied to the property of the stone (i.e. Courage with Tiger’s Eye, Security/Sense of Belonging with Bloodstone), but adding the following pieces will provide a richer experience:

Once your intention is set, allow your stone to act as a reminder of that intention throughout the day as you look at it or even fidget with it. As you do, simply repeat your intention to yourself or share with others if you so choose.
