USING YOUR CLARITY SET

For Meditation

First, place a drop of your Frankincense & Myrrh in your hand and then place some on your Third Eye Chakra (located between your eyebrows). If wearing your Chakra Balancing Diffuser Bracelet, you can spread some across the lava stones as well. Make sure you can smell the scent as it will assist in opening your Third Eye for the meditation. If you feel that the scent isn’t strong enough, you can place a tiny amount at the base of your nose.

Then, As you prepare for meditation, lie down and place the Lapis Lazuli worry stone on your Third Eye Chakra (between your eyebrows). Prior to starting your meditation, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. As you take these breaths, imagine a bright white light coming from above. As you breath in, imagine that you are breathing this light in through your Third Eye Chakra. The light reaches your Lapis Lazuli worry stone and as it does, the white light turns to the same rich blue color of the worry stone. Envision this blue light entering your body and spreading throughout your entire body. As you breath out, allow any negativity to flow out and dissipate.

This will open your Third Eye Chakra large and wide so that you get the most our of your meditation experience.
