USING THE SET

Meditation
The worry stones are a great size and shape for working into your meditation routine. I generally prefer to lie down when using my worry stone set with meditation so that I can easily place each on it’s corresponding Chakra. For best results with Tiger’s Eye, place on its primary chakra, the Solar Plexus Chakra (see diagram for location).

As the light enters my body, I envision it transitioning from white to the mixed brown colors of the Tiger’e Eye worry stone. I imagine my body filling with this light from head to toe. USING YOUR CLARITY SET

For Meditation

First, place a drop of your Frankincense & Myrrh in your hand and then place some on your Third Eye Chakra (located between your eyebrows). If wearing your Chakra Balancing Diffuser Bracelet, you can spread some across the lava stones as well. Make sure you can smell the scent as it will assist in opening your Third Eye for the meditation. If you feel that the scent isn’t strong enough, you can place a tiny amount at the base of your nose.

Then, As you prepare for meditation, lie down and place the Lapis Lazuli worry stone on your Third Eye Chakra (between your eyebrows). Prior to starting your meditation, take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax. As you take these breaths, imagine a bright white light coming from above. As you breath in, imagine that you are breathing this light in through your Third Eye Chakra. The light reaches your Lapis Lazuli worry stone and as it does, the white light turns to the same rich blue color of the worry stone. Envision this blue light entering your body and spreading throughout your entire body. As you breath out, allow any negativity to flow out and dissipate.

This will open your Third Eye Chakra large and wide so that you get the most our of your meditation experience.

Stretching Yourself in Everyday Life
Don’t allow fear or anxiety rule your actions. Choose to step out at least a little bit on a regular basis. You can start small and do something once a week — this can be as easy as wearing something a little more bold to work, chiming in on a discussion that you would otherwise have been too shy to share, or taking a different route or form of transportation to work, or accept an invitation to join a Meet Up with a friend. Whatever the situation may be, make sure to bring your Tiger’s Eye with you. In that moment that you feel fear sneaking up on you, simply reach for your worry stone, stroke it’s edge and remember/say to yourself, “I am Strong. I am Confident. I am Worthy!” If you can swing it, do this at least three times.
